Lauren Derveloy


I'm a Louisiana girl, a business owner, a wife, a momma to 2 girls under 10, a coach, and a lover of all things fashion and fitness. I have a bachelor’s degree in dance education, and have worked in health and fitness since I was 16…as a trainer first and as a certified nutrition coach since 2018.

I've always loved movement and being physical, but my love for nutrition really started after postpartum when I felt trapped, stuck, and frustrated and was searching for something to make me feel like myself again. Insert macros. My life and my relationship with food changed when I learned how to fuel my body for my specific goals and I never looked back.

My goal as a coach is to help you navigate the basics of nutrition and feel motivated and encouraged along the way so that you are able to set goals you can actually achieve and create progress that you can realistically maintain.
